He currently heads the Sierra Leone office of TI, leading the organisation\u2019s projects in Sierra Leone and other African countries. Ibrahim has worked extensively on gender issues with a special focus on Gender Based Violence in every district of Sierra Leone, forming networks and organising sensitisation programmes for the eradication of harmful, traditional practices such as female genital mutilation. He has worked with female victims of war and those marginalised by the DDR process for reasons of gender and age, and has organised seminars on gender discrimination and differentiation. He also has thorough knowledge in project evaluation and management.
