Transition International collects information relevant to the training programmes we provide and the outreach specific to those programmes. If you wish to register for our courses, then we may ask you to provide personal information such as your full name, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, working address, telephone number, current post or work experience. We may also ask for a billing address which is necessary to send you an invoice.

Use of information

Transition International collects and uses your personal information for registration and payment purposes and for the preparation, operation and reporting of our training programmes. The information we collect may also be used to send you practical information by email.

Storing and Sharing Information

Transition International may hire companies to provide services such as payment processing, email confirmation and announcements, website hosting or statistical analysis. These third parties will be permitted to obtain personal information necessary to deliver their services. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Except as described in this statement, we will not share your personal information with third parties. Transition International will never sell, rent or lease your personal information.

We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to comply with the law or to protect and defend the rights or property of Transition International
