Robert Elslander is a general management expert with 45 years of experience, mainly in international business and education. With a study in economics as a basis he worked as manager in different branches for a great number of multi-nationals in a lot of different countries. At the same time, from 1987 on, he teached 'general management' at the universities for professional education in Eindhoven and Rotterdam. Apart from his native language Dutch, he is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
Matching business capabilities with market opportunities by thinking, taking decisions, implementing and checking well organized, integrated and planned, is his successful way of operating on basis of knowledge, experience and intuition. Since 1999 he is working for the organization of 'Netherlands Senior Experts' e.g. in Slovakia, Honduras and Mali.
For the European Social Fund he wrote a 'to the point' synoptic booklet "Principles of general management" considering that people are the core of each and every organization: people are clients, collaborators, suppliers and authorities. People are an integral part of each and every one-man/woman enterprise up to a global company and the key to mutual success.
