Henny J. van der Graaf, retired Dutch Brigadier-General. Former member of the UN Secretary-General's Advisory Board on Disarmament Matters. Expert in Disarmament, Security Sector Reform, Demobilization and Re-integration. Former Special adviser and project manager for the UN and EU in South East Asia, West Africa and South Eastern Europe. Board member of International Alert and the Peace Center of the Eindhoven Technical University.
