Eldridge Adolfo

Eldridge Adolfo has a broad experience of working in different contexts as, and with, young entrepreneurs, as well as in developing young people working within the Private Sector in Africa. He has worked with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) where he focused on the Youth Employment Challenge in southern Africa. For TI, Eldridge Adolfo has trained in the aspects of Reintegration in a Disarmament Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) programme. With PeaceQuest, he has been engaged as a trainer in Conflict Management and Democracy Building and was the project leader for Stockholm’s Peace Festival 2004, targeting youth in Sweden. He has development related expertise in the key elements of employment issues and socio-economic integration which include: employability, extending equal opportunities, developing an entrepreneurship culture and creating employment opportunities. This is combined with many years experience in project management. He holds a Masters Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Stockholm University, Sweden and a Bachelor Degree from the University of London, UK.
